A middle name lets you preserve even more family or other important names

It’s easy to make sure the names are harmonious.

Their middle name can, and might, become their nickname

Kids will be kids, and let’s face it, for kids using their middle names is just cool.

Even if your child doesn’t end up using her middle name as her permanent moniker, odds are it will be the jumping-off point for her nickname. Avoid embarrassing choices.
