REPAIR STEPS

1. Preparing To Ship:

  • Click here to complete and print the repair form.
  • Take out the insert (the inside lighting mechanism) from your Zippo lighter box.
  • Allow the lighter fluid vapor to evaporate for 2 days.
  • Replace inside unit in lighter case.

The lighter insert will not be installed automatically if the lighter insert is not sent with the lighter case. This information should be included on the repair form. A brand new inside unit will then be installed.

2. Packaging Your Zippo Windproof Lighter:

We cannot track or prevent damage to multiple items sent for repair.

  • Your Zippo lighter and the completed repair form should be packed in a sturdy box.

3. Send It:

Send your package to the Zippo Repair Clinic with a tracking number and insurance.
