Getting the recommended 30 minutes of exercise every day can be hard when you’re a mom. Self-care is important, but sometimes, it takes some extra motivation to put on those sneakers and press “play” or push through your final round of reps.
80 Day ObsessionBeachbody has created a Beachbody workout program. Autumn CalabreseIt’s a great idea. It’s 80Days of fun, unique workouts that KICKED ME BUTT. Her motivational quotes were my favorite part of the program.
These quotes were my inspiration for some very difficult workouts. Like, ones that made me feel like this….

Sure, I enjoyed seeing my progress and becoming stronger. But sometimes, she said something so inspiring to me that I would recite it repeatedly until I could put it down.
Especially in these winter months, if you’re looking for some extra motivation to exercise, hopefully, one of these quotes below will inspire you too.
