Eye-dropper Colour Sampling Problem

It took me a while to get the colour right from an image. There weren’t any direct search results. Image ComposerIt is not possible to accurately sample colours with the eye-dropper tool.
After much experimentation, it became clear that Windows 10 was the problem. It was no surprise.
The solution was:
- Use File Explorer to locate thegoneapp.comUsually in C:Program Folders (x86).Microsoft Image Composer
- Right-click and choose Properties > Compatibility
- Select Set High DPI settings.
- TickScaling behaviour at high DPI
- Press OKTo Save.
This may not work for you. If you have an alternative solution, please let me know. I will publish your suggestion.

Help File is no longer available
It’s true. See MicrosoftVisit the Support page. They state that the Windows Help program is not compatible with Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, or later versions of Windows Server. Windows Vista, Windows 7, 8, and Windows 8.1 users can access the Windows Help program. MicrosoftIt is strongly recommended that software developers stop using the Windows Help app. Although there are many solutions available online, none of them seem to be simple or efficient. My best advice at the moment is to Conversion of the.hlp to PDF, as well as a collection all original embedded images from Windows 98 / XP Help File.
