This is what happened yesterday. My daughter asked me to find a Pokemon Eevee Evolving coloring sheet for her to improve her coloring skills. This was what she came across and she wanted to see if I could turn it into a coloring book that she could use.

I was unable to find a real coloring page of this picture online so I decided to do some research.
Web App
Two web apps work well.
Lunapic is an online photo editing website that offers a free service. It also has a feature that allows you create coloring books. Upload a picture and it will convert it into a coloring sheet.

ScrapColoring has an online tool that allows you to convert your photos and drawings into coloring pages. Upload a photo, and it will instantly be transformed into shapes that you can color. After it has been converted you can click the PrintClick the button to print a copy of this document or the DiskClick the icon to save this result to your local PC.

Desktop App

PhotoShop is a good photo editing program that you can use straight away. Pixlr, a free desktop app that can do the job, is an option if you don’t have PhotoShop installed. If you are interested, you will find detailed instructions here.
Mobile App
Colorscape, a mobile application called Colorscape, was what I ended up using. It successfully transformed the Eevee-changing picture into a coloring sheet that my daughter enjoyed coloring.

However, I couldn’t find a similar one in Google Play that can do a job as good as Colorscape.
